Yoga Box: Your SD Yoga Sculpt Studio
Our Yoga Sculpt class includes 10 minutes of warming up, preparing your body for strength training. Following is a 40-minute session of strength-building exercises that target your major muscle groups by using hand weights. Sessions end with 10 minutes of stretches and cool-down poses to restore the body.
Our class setting is energetic and motivating, and we enjoy high-tempo and beat-driven music to fuel each yoga class. The temperature of the room is set to 93-95 degrees fahrenheit to optimize your body’s strength training capabilities
