Ana Wang

Ana began practicing yoga in 2010 and began teaching in 2018. Although it started as a purely physical outlet, she embraced the great mental benefits that accompanied a regular practice over time. As a student, she works to cultivate patience, calmness, and connection, both between her mind and body and with her fellow practitioners. As a teacher, Ana provides an all-levels, strength-building practice with a keen focus on safe alignment and a distraction-free environment to allow each of her students to explore their own practices physically and mentally.
